Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VINTO mobile application ("App") and related services provided by VINISION ApS ("we," "us," "our"), a Danish private limited company (Anpartsselskab), CVR 45316122, with registered address Danas Plads 24, 3. th, 1915 Frederiksberg C, Denmark.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Use of the App
You may use VINTO to manage your wine collections, including tracking wines you own, their locations, names, and estimated values. The App may be provided via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of the App must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Data Collection and Use
We collect and process various types of data in order to provide and improve the App, including:
- Information about the wines you have and your wine collections (names, locations, estimated values).
- Your email address and account information.
- Images you scan or upload in the App.
- Behavioral data about how you interact with the App.
5. Image Use and AI Learning
By uploading or scanning images of wines, you grant us the right to use those images within the App and for AI training purposes. Do not scan or upload images you do not want used for these purposes, as images may be processed to improve our AI models and services.
6. Behavioral Data and Analytics
We collect aggregated usage and behavioral data to analyze trends and improve the App. This may include data about which wines users interact with or show interest in. This information may be used internally and in anonymized or aggregated form externally.
7. Data Sharing and Commercial Use
We may share aggregated and anonymized user behavior data with third parties, such as supermarkets or other commercial partners, for analytical or commercial purposes. This data will not personally identify individual users.
8. Insurance Partnerships and Data Disclosure
We may work with insurance companies to estimate the value of wine collections. If your insurer has a valid data release agreement with us, we may provide information about your wine collection's value to that insurer.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of VINISION ApS or its licensors.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason without notice. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will immediately cease.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VINISION ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the App are governed by the laws of Denmark.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
